Lower runs first. Any int is allowed; these are conventional values.

Name	Value	Description
Lowest	-200	Runs first.
Low	-100	Runs early.
Normal	0	Default.
High	100	Runs late.
Highest	200	Runs last before monitors.
Monitor	1000	Observe the final outcome; must not modify the event.
